Würth MRO, Safety, & Metalworking is seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager to manage and grow revenue within assigned accounts. The role involves building customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Travel the defined territory to grow business through direct face to face contact with customer base
- Builds customer relationships through face-to-face interactions, telephone conversations, e-mail correspondences, and virtual meetings
- Collaborates cross-functionally, to develop and service new and existing business
- Plan, implement, and execute sales strategy to include: quarterly business reviews, price maintenance, negotiations, profitability, and revenue growth
- Utilize CRM, Hubspot, as a tool to track opportunities, and drive the business
- Utilize data from reporting to drive strategy, growth and profitability
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Demonstrated computer and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and emotional intelligence
- Must have a valid driver's license, valid auto insurance coverage, and access to a vehicle
- Standard business hours and overnight travel – up to 50%
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Industrial sales experience is a plus
