E-Discovery Project Manager

Morae Global is a dynamic organization that provides integrated solutions to corporate law departments and law firms. They are currently seeking an E-Discovery Project Manager to oversee project plans, ensure successful project completion, and manage risks and resources across multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities:

• Create and update project plans, resolve project and resource conflicts, facilitate solutions across department boundaries, track and communicate the progress of multiple concurrent projects and drive a sense of urgency and dedication across all projects
• Ensure the successful completion of assigned projects and programs by effectively facilitating, tracking and reporting status through consistent, standardized dashboards and metric reporting in support of specific strategic goals and objectives
• Monitor all projects including the assessment of risk to timeline, budget, customer satisfaction, as well as handle impact of changes to project scope
• Ability to predict risk areas, design mitigation/contingency strategies and execute on these strategies to avoid issues
• Design, implement and participate in quality control of all tasks and deliverables
• Assess issues and risks and assure plans for remediation are in effect or intensified to ensure timely resolution
• Ability to adapt and respond to changes both inside and outside the projects/program

Requirements:

• Education: Juris Doctorate; Active U.S. bar license in good standing
• Experience with transactional legal work and strong knowledge of contracts
• Experience with Document Review work (1st level review; 2nd level review; Quality Control/Quality Assurance; Privilege Logs)
• 1-2 years of directly related project management experience (desired, but not required we will train the right individuals)
• Experience as a Team Lead and/or Project Lead
• Strong written/verbal communication and facilitation skills for communicating at all levels; including strong presentation skills
• Good consultative, client focus & service skills
• Self-starter with the ability to create new and compelling solutions for our clients
• Multi-tasking and attention to detail
• Ability to understand and dig into the substance
• Experience with Relativity
