Full Stack Engineer

Mem0 is building the memory layer for AI agents, enabling them to remember conversations and learn from interactions. They are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build the product surface of the Mem0 Platform, focusing on end-to-end feature development across Next.js and Python while ensuring code quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Ship end-to-end features: Design APIs, build intuitive UIs, implement backend services, own data models, and deploy production-ready software
• Build for scale and speed: Optimize latency, caching, database queries, and application performance to deliver fast, reliable user experiences
• Own quality: Write comprehensive tests, maintain strong typing and linting standards, participate in thoughtful code reviews, and keep the codebase clean and maintainable
• Collaborate deeply: Work closely with Design to craft exceptional UX, partner with Research to integrate cutting-edge memory capabilities, and engage directly with customers to refine requirements
• Operate what you build: Implement observability, monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve reliability and performance
• Lead with product sense: Make thoughtful technical and product tradeoffs, prioritize effectively, and iterate based on user feedback and data
