Senior Product Manager

Plenful is on a mission to transform healthcare operations through AI workflow automation. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product development, manage customer discovery, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards while working closely with various teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product development from discovery to launch — partnering closely with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to ship impactful, high-quality solutions
• Own your product area end-to-end: customer discovery, roadmap definition, prioritization, execution, iteration, and commercial outcomes
• Translate complex operational workflows into elegant, scalable product solutions that create measurable outcomes for customers
• Define and track success metrics — using data, user feedback, and business objectives to validate hypotheses and guide decisions
• Build an internal feedback flywheel with customer success and support to continuously surface and act on customer intelligence
• Work directly with executive leadership — you’ll have the access, the visibility, and the accountability that comes with it
• Navigate healthcare compliance and privacy considerations (HIPAA, payor requirements, auditability) as a core part of product design, not an afterthought
