User Experience/Product Designer

Brandcave is a user experience design and creative agency specializing in UX design and inbound marketing for business-to-business technology companies. They are seeking a UX Designer who will translate user stories into high-fidelity prototypes, collaborate with engineers, and conduct user interviews to enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Translate user stories and user journeys into high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Design and prototype user interfaces with a focus on high quality and scalability
• Implement design systems in Figma
• Collaborate closely with other engineers and become a valued member of an autonomous, impactful, cross-functional team
• Work directly with clients to review UX prototypes
• Conduct user interviews

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through developer hand-off
• Ability to communicate with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software features and technical designs
• You are interested in modern UX practices
• You have a good understanding of software best practices
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience using AI tools for product discovery and prototyping is a plus
