Warehouse Exchange is a logistics tech startup that connects businesses needing flexible warehouse space with operators offering it. The Head of Growth and Marketing will work closely with the CEO to develop and execute marketing strategies, manage paid media, and leverage AI to enhance marketing efforts across various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Build the marketing strategy and plan together with the CEO, accountable to pipeline and revenue targets
- Brand and storytelling: the Warehouse Exchange story, told consistently across every channel
- Demand generation across paid and organic channels including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and wherever our buyers and suppliers actually are
- Management of our paid media function, agencies, and freelancers, plus day-to-day direction of our AI agents for content production, campaign variants, and landing pages
- Content and storytelling: customer stories, video, a podcast if you can make the case for it, and a founder-led LinkedIn presence
- Events and community, from intimate operator dinners to industry presence
- Reporting that ties marketing spend to CAC, pipeline, and closed revenue
Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years in B2B, marketplace, or commercial real estate marketing, and hungry for a role where you drive the full range of marketing, not just one channel
- You have personally run paid budgets and owned CAC numbers. You can manage performance marketing credibly and you know when a vendor is wasting your money
- You have shipped things beyond ads: a content series, a video program, an event, a podcast, an audience you built. Show us the portfolio
- You use AI daily as a force multiplier. You can brief an agent to produce twenty ad variants before lunch and you are energized, not threatened, by working alongside AI agents
- You think about marketing constantly. You will show up to the interview with ideas about our positioning, not just questions about the budget
- You are a builder who is comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and being measured on outcomes
- Commercial real estate, logistics, or supply chain exposure
- Experience marketing a two-sided platform where supply and demand need different messages
- Early-stage startup experience where you were the first or only marketer
