CieloVision is seeking a JDE ERP IT Project Manager to lead the successful implementation, customization, and integration of their enterprise-wide JDE ERP system. The role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to deployment and ongoing support, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for JDE ERP implementations, upgrades, or migrations
- Define project scope, timelines, budget, and resource requirements
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, define business processes, and ensure user adoption
- Manage JDE ERP system integrations with other enterprise applications
- Conduct thorough testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality
- Manage risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
- Track project progress, monitor resource utilization, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, keeping them informed of project progress and potential challenges
- Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to best practices
- Stay up-to-date on the latest JDE ERP features, updates, and industry trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in JDE ERP project management or a similar ERP system- REQUIRED
- Experience with JDE EnterpriseOne or JDE Cloud- REQUIRED
- Proven experience in leading and managing complex IT projects from inception to completion
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
- Experience in business process analysis and gap analysis
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with data migration and integration tools
