Superhuman Chambers is hiring a U.S.-based Sales Development Representative to create qualified sales conversations with clinics, med spas, wellness, recovery, and performance facilities. This remote independent-contractor role focuses on prospecting and qualifying potential clients while maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect target businesses through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and disciplined follow-up
- Qualify fit, interest, timing, and decision-making context
- Book meetings and maintain accurate CRM records
- Make clean handoffs to the closer and complete required follow-up
- Represent a premium hyperbaric chamber brand with clear, professional communication
Requirements:
- Verifiable outbound sales or SDR experience, including activity and conversion numbers
- Comfort with a commission-only contractor setup and self-directed remote work
- Strong phone and written communication, resilience, and consistent follow-through
- CRM proficiency
- U.S.-based candidates who can work as independent contractors
- Experience selling medical, wellness, or capital equipment—or selling into clinics is a plus
