The Information Security Forum (ISF) is a not-for-profit organization that provides guidance on cyber security and risk management challenges. They are seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to enhance their market presence in the US, focusing on building awareness and generating demand through integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with marketing and sales leadership to apply integrated marketing strategy, planning, execution, and communications to grow ISF's presence and revenue in the US
- Design, manage, and execute integrated, multi-channel B2B campaigns and content programmes to generate qualified leads, build pipeline, and accelerate sales cycles for new business and account expansion
- Build and run channel strategies - paid, organic, partner, and account-based - coordinating with the wider ISF marketing team (UK, Portugal, Greece) to execute effectively and stay aligned to the global brand
- Regularly gather input from the Research, Tools, Services, and US sales teams to shape campaign messaging and strategy, and translate that input into content that resonates with senior security and risk audiences
- Develop clear, compelling messaging and content, maintaining a consistent voice across channels and formats
- Identify, open, and nurture strategic partnerships in the US that raise ISF's profile and credibility and create new routes to market
- Review campaign and channel performance against pipeline-oriented KPIs, not vanity metrics, and adapt plans based on what the data shows
- Design and run tests to evaluate tactics and continually optimise marketing programmes
- Independently manage projects from initial idea through to completion, with periodic guidance from marketing and sales stakeholders
- Lead demand generation activity in-market, equipping the US sales team with the messaging, campaigns, and events they need to convert awareness into conversations
- Build strong working relationships with US sales leadership and sellers, and improve their ability to engage prospects authentically through effective enablement materials and sessions
- Plan and support ISF's presence at US industry events, conferences, roundtables and the ISF World Congress
- Track marketing effectiveness across channels and report regularly on campaign performance, market feedback, and pipeline impact to marketing and sales leadership
- Responsible for maintaining the security of ISF Information assets, as directed by the Information Security Policy, associated policies and the security education, training, and awareness programme
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with a large or global organisation, in cybersecurity, technology, or professional services selling to enterprise and C-suite audiences
- A proven track record designing and running integrated marketing or demand generation programmes aimed at executive-level audiences
- Direct experience in sales enablement, working as a genuine extension of a sales team rather than at arm's length from it
- Strong experience building and running channel strategies that generate qualified pipeline, not just leads
- An existing network and the credibility to open doors to partnerships that would accelerate ISF's US market awareness
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and remotely across a distributed, international team spanning multiple time zones
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and a strong, data-driven analytical mindset
- Willingness to travel to and attend events in North America, London once per year, and to the ISF World Congress
- Familiarity with a CRM (e.g. Salesforce), CMS, email marketing platform, and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Google Analytics), plus AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot, is preferred
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) and strong PowerPoint capabilities
