Azure AI/ML Engineer (Fully Remote, US-Based)

Datsura is a RegTech/FinTech consultancy delivering data, analytics, and AI/ML platforms for financial regulators, banking associations, and regulated financial institutions. They are seeking an Azure AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade GenAI and agentic AI solutions on Microsoft's AI stack.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the team's expert on Microsoft's Agentic AI stack with hands-on experience in Microsoft AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and LLMs/SLMs
• Architect and build multi-agent systems that integrate cleanly into enterprise environments
• Own the application's data architecture — modeling, storage, and integration design to support scalable AI pipelines
• Partner with data engineering and product teams to ship GenAI/agentic solutions with measurable business impact
• Drive key technical and architectural decisions across projects
• Embed Responsible AI practices throughout the solution lifecycle
• Evaluate and tune solution performance using techniques like Deep Learning, Neural networks, RAGAS, and LLM-as-judge
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions on Microsoft's Agentic AI tooling
• Document models, monitoring runbooks, and user guides
