Associate Director, Recruiting

Movable Ink is a company that specializes in content personalization for marketers. They are seeking a strategic, hands-on Associate Director of Recruiting to oversee full-cycle recruiting across six global markets and lead a small recruiting team while partnering with hiring leaders to develop effective hiring strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a small recruiting team responsible for recruiting all functions in 6 regions (US, Canada, Costa Rica, UK, Germany and Australia)
• Identify and hold the team accountable to quality of hire and key recruiting metrics
• Oversee the end-to end recruiting process serving as a strategic partner by deeply understanding business goals and team dynamics to align hiring strategies accordingly
• Develop and execute creative, tailored sourcing strategies leveraging broad market knowledge to attract and engage high-quality, diverse candidate pools
• Advise and coach hiring managers and team-members on recruitment best practices, interview frameworks, and candidate assessment to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring decisions
• Manage and oversee candidate experience meticulously, from outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination, ensuring seamless communication and process efficiency
• Leverage recruitment data and metrics to identify and address pipeline bottlenecks, forecast hiring needs, and adjust strategies proactively across the portfolio of requisitions
• Play a substantial role in People team initiatives that drive recruiting process enhancements, technology adoption, and scalability
• Serve as a trusted advisor on complex hiring challenges, offering independent and innovative solutions that balance speed, quality, and inclusivity
• Lead teammates on best practices and drive new processes and approaches to improving candidate experience and hiring efficiency
