Engineering Development Lead - Full Stack

Worldscape is a cutting-edge platform designed to unify distributed data, sensors, and intelligent agents across cloud, on-prem, and edge environments. They are seeking an Engineering Development Lead - Full Stack to lead the design and development of scalable systems, mentor engineers, and contribute to the long-term vision of their products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of scalable and high-performance systems
• Lead and document solution architecture, ensuring clear communication of value propositions and technical approach
• Own delivery of team deliverables through sprint planning and managing complex, ambiguous scenarios with innovative solutions
• Provides technical leadership during code reviews for a solution/product area to ensure it meets the team's and Worldscape’s quality standards
• Lead mentor and grow a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
• Grow and develop a team of engineers, sharing best practices, resolving blockers, and making Worldscape the best place to work
• Innovate and optimize features for performance and reliability
• Ensure seamless collaboration between internal and external teams
• Contribute to the long-term vision and roadmap for the product and features
• Triage, mitigate, and semantically resolve customer issues as well as instantiate a strong on-call culture
• Drive a DevOps culture of supporting our customers, ownership of the platform and accountability to the service up time and health metrics
• Hands-on technical lead, spending at least 50% of time actively coding and contributing to development
