Petite Keep is a rapidly growing DTC brand focused on reimagining keepsakes. They are seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to oversee email, SMS, and direct mail channels, driving customer engagement and revenue through strategic marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Our Klaviyo program end-to-end: flows, segmentation, campaign calendar, testing agenda, deliverability, and list health across email and SMS
- Our direct mail program — targeting, creative briefs, measurement, and ROI — and its growth as a channel
- Our loyalty & referrals program – rewards strategy and timing to drive repeat & incremental conversions
- A segmentation and personalization strategy built around the moments that matter to our customers: due dates, wedding dates, gifting occasions, and milestones, so every message feels relevant, not generic
- Reporting on channel performance: revenue attribution, list growth, deliverability, and LTV
- A testing roadmap across all retention channels
- Lifecycle messaging that delivers a consistent and elevated Petite Keep experience in close partnership with our creative/brand team
- Vendor relationships (Klaviyo, direct mail partners, and more) and staying current on platform capabilities and industry best practices
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email/SMS marketing at a DTC or ecommerce brand
- Extensive, hands-on Klaviyo expertise is a must, building complex flows and segments
- A true love of data: you can pull and create your own reporting, understand attribution, slice and dice customer cohorts with precision
- A genuinely curious, customer-obsessed mindset — you want to know the Petite Keep customer inside and out, from aggregate trends down to individual orders
- A sharp eye for brand voice and an instinct for when a touchpoint feels off
- A positive, collaborative approach to cross-functional partnership
- Comfort operating in a small, fast-growing team where you own outcomes, not just tasks
- Direct mail experience preferred
- Experience with SMS, loyalty, and direct mail platforms
- Shopify experience
- Experience with a higher price point lifestyle brand
