AI Engineer (Agents)

Félix is a hyper-growth Series B company focused on building a financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S. They are seeking a proactive and highly skilled AI Engineer to design, build, and scale autonomous AI Agents that will integrate into their product and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, stateful AI agents
• Establish production monitoring for agentic workflows
• Lead the integration of AI agents into core product infrastructure (Payments, Fraud, etc.)
• Design automated "evals-as-code" using LLM-as-a-judge, semantic similarity testing, and adversarial benchmarking to ensure agent safety and groundedness before every release
• Optimize RAG pipelines and agent loops for production constraints
• Mentor junior engineers on software craft
