EvenUp is on a mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI. They are hiring a Director of Revenue Systems to own and scale the technology foundation behind their Go-to-Market organization, leading the Salesforce and broader GTM systems ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy, architecture, and execution of our Salesforce platform and broader Revenue Systems ecosystem
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers while raising the technical and operational maturity of the function
- Treat Salesforce as an internal product by developing roadmaps, prioritizing competing requests, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver the highest-impact work
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable system solutions
- Design systems with long-term scalability in mind, proactively accounting for edge cases and reducing downstream operational overhead and data hygiene issues
- Evaluate when to build within Salesforce versus leveraging third-party or AI-native tools that integrate with the platform
- Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and resource allocation across the Revenue Systems team
- Establish thoughtful governance around system architecture, automation, and data quality
- Improve the reliability, usability, and performance of our GTM systems while minimizing technical debt
- Own the Revenue Systems technology stack, including Salesforce and supporting GTM applications
- Develop reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into system health, adoption, and operational performance
- Partner with Revenue Operations leadership to enable forecasting, territory management, reporting, and operational initiatives through scalable system design
