Udext is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our growth by qualifying inbound demand and generating new sales opportunities. This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career candidates who want hands-on experience in B2B SaaS sales and exposure to how a fast-growing startup builds revenue from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to inbound requests (pricing, demos, contact forms)
- Understand prospect needs and determine fit before scheduling meetings
- Convert qualified leads into booked meetings
- Clearly communicate Udext’s value, use cases, and next steps
- Execute multi-channel outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Identify and engage new potential customers in industries we serve
- Track all activities, follow-ups, and lead status accurately
- Keep pipeline organized and moving consistently
- Work directly with the CRO and AEs to refine messaging and targeting
- Support outbound strategy and go-to-market experiments
- Provide feedback on lead quality, objections, and patterns from conversations
- Help improve our messaging, campaigns, and qualification process
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or early-career professional interested in sales, startups, or SaaS
- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with new people
- Coachable mindset and willingness to learn quickly
- Organized and disciplined with follow-ups and CRM hygiene
- High energy, curiosity, and resilience
- No prior sales experience required
