Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing objectives
- Create and publish engaging content, including graphics, captions, videos, and promotional materials across social media platforms
- Manage social media accounts by responding to comments and messages while fostering audience engagement and brand loyalty
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements to optimize results
- Research social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify new marketing opportunities
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintain quality through proofreading and content review
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives and complete projects within established deadlines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience managing corporate or agency social media accounts
- Proven ability to write engaging copy and design visual content using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools and platform analytics to track campaign performance
- Strong skills in community engagement and a sharp eye for detail to ensure brand consistency and error-free copy
- Excellent project management skills to collaborate with internal teams and stay ahead of fast-changing industry trends
- Must be a BIR-registered professional/entity capable of issuing a valid, registered Invoice for payment processing and tax compliance
