Hubcycle is launching its new U.S. subsidiary aimed at accelerating the circular economy for food ingredients. The Ingredients Sales Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing sales and connecting the U.S. Nutraceutical industry with high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
- Use your B2B sales knowledge and understand the value chain to sell the right ingredients at the right price, to the right clients leveraging EU, US, CODEX specifications, no limits !
- Map and prospect new clients in this new country for us
- Embody and spread Hubcycle's culture and philosophy
- Identify technical issues, probe for more info and bring best solutions for your clients and Hubcycle
- Leverage internal knowledge and support, to bring top notch service to your clients
- Achieve ambitious sales targets (with unlimited incentive)
- Monitor and improve profitability of your portfolio
- Activate and build a strong & rigorous sales pipeline but also to closely monitor key accounts to build opportunities to upsell and cross sell
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B selling industrial food and nutraceutical ingredients in US markets
- Superior Sales skills needed, like really ! Blanking is not acceptable for you
- Education in agronomy is a strong asset but can be offset by solid technical knowledge gained through experience
- You have a solid knowledge of the food industry, its practices, its lexicon, and its key & underground players
- You are used to the •Art of Prospection•, you master all tips & tricks of this game
- You have a “circular economy mindset”
- You have already worked on by-products
