Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform that empowers marketing teams to build and manage end-to-end campaigns. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to help establish the outbound motion for their new creative platform, working directly with leadership to develop foundational processes and messaging.
Responsibilities:
- Outreach directly into prospective customers who fit our ideal persona (performance marketing, growth, creative, and marketing ops leaders) via cold calls, text, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, and other methods
- Work with the growth team to research and craft personalized outreach to target accounts, tying messaging to real creative and campaign pain points (creative fatigue, slow production cycles, brand consistency at scale)
- Find creative methods, channels, and strategies to help guide prospects to a Hightouch Ad Studio demo
- Own building the outbound playbook from the ground up, you will help shape process, messaging, tooling, and strategy for this new product rather than inherit them
- You will be tasked with a goal and expected to execute against it on a monthly basis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Self-starter, ability to self-motivate and build from zero in a high-growth start-up
- Comfort operating without an established playbook and helping create one
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience (1+ years) engaging customers and prospects
- Interest in tech, and ideally in marketing, advertising, or data
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
