LexisNexis Risk Solutions is the essential partner in the assessment of risk. The Account Manager position exists to support the sales team and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within an established book of business.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships at all levels. Acting as liaison between sales support and our customers in order to provide superior service and solutions
- Evaluating existing relationships, grow and expand relationships, create a territory plan and successfully execute against that strategy
- Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual revenue objectives
- Calling existing customers to secure appointments, gathering information on their needs, positioning and demonstrating the value of our products to address their business issues
- Providing excellent customer service by effectively managing customer objections, setting realistic expectations, successfully negotiating pricing and contracts and close sales
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales or customer success experience
- Possess organizational, prioritization, time management and forecasting skills
- Ability to promptly manage and respond to customer contacts
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to move into a direct sales role long term
- Preferred location FL or OH, willing to be flexible on location for the right candidate
