AdCellerant is an award-winning unified, AI-enhanced digital marketing platform that helps media companies, agencies, and brands simplify their digital marketing operations. The Partner Success Manager will ensure partners receive best-in-class service and drive campaign success and revenue growth by leading upsell, renewal, and retention strategies while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary lead for assigned partners, owning strategic campaign success and account growth
- Proactively drive upsells, renewals, and retention initiatives to maximize revenue and partner value
- Lead regular strategic check-ins with partners, delivering insights on campaign health, optimization strategies, and industry trends. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to win incremental business and displace competitors
- Act as the main point of contact for high-priority campaign escalations. Oversee root cause analysis and lead cross-functional teams to resolution
- Ensure timely, transparent, and solution-focused communication with internal teams and partners during escalations
- Implement proactive strategies to minimize future escalations and risks
- Collaborate with the Partner Sales Executive to own revenue forecasting for assigned partners. Monitor campaign performance, pipeline health, and upsell opportunities to drive data-driven decision-making
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen digital strategies and partner ROI
- Partner closely with Sales and Operations leadership to streamline communication and improve workflow efficiencies
- Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions to enhance the client success model
- Own key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, partner retention, campaign health, and escalation resolution
- Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, client success, and product teams to align strategies and improve partner outcomes
- Provide feedback to internal teams on partner needs, industry trends, and opportunities for innovation
- Campaign Health – Maintain and grow strong campaign performance across all digital channels
- Retention and Renewal Rates – Maximize partner retention and contract renewals
- Upsell and Cross-Sell Revenue – Drive incremental partner revenue
- Escalation Response and Resolution Time – Ensure swift, effective responses to critical issues
- Client Satisfaction Scores – Contribute to consistently high client satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in partner success, account management, client success, or digital advertising
- Proven track record of improving client satisfaction, driving campaign success, and growing revenue
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising solutions (programmatic, SEM, SEO, video, display, social, native, email)
- Skilled in strategic problem solving, conflict resolution, and proactive communication
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across multiple teams
- Proficient in CRM systems, reporting platforms, and sales analytics tools
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Currently legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office, with hybrid work from home flexibility
