Sidecar Health is redefining health insurance with a mission to make healthcare affordable and accessible for everyone. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Member Care team to support members on their healthcare journeys by answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring access to care.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and chat boxes from our members in regard to Sidecar Health’s products and services
- Provide excellent customer service in a timely and positive manner
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with existing members to understand their needs and ensure a memorable member experience
- Handle issues and complaints where appropriate
- Maintain policies and standard operation procedures

- Clear and confident in both written and spoken communication, with the ability to answer questions in the moment

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Available for one or more of these shifts options (Eastern Standard Time): Shift 1: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:30pm ET, Shift 2: Monday–Friday, 11:30am–8:00pm ET, Shift 3: Mon/Tue/Wed 9:30am–6:00pm ET, plus Sat/Sun 9:00am–5:00pm ET
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Experience in healthcare or insurance (preferred)
