Product Management Intern (Fall 2026)

OneEthos is a purpose-driven fintech startup focused on providing digital solutions for community financial institutions. As a Product Management Intern, you will learn to lead product and market development efforts and support the software development process, collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and commercialize products that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• You will build technical solutions and implement key measurements to track progress against business goals and desired security outcomes
• You will lead internal technical conversations by outlining the technical design, being the owner of trade-offs between technical cost and business value and optimizing QA/testing
• You will implement and manage robust risk systems throughout the software development lifecycle to quantify and manage the company’s overall risk exposures
• You will define a clear and compelling vision for our products, aligning it with customer needs and larger business objectives
• You will rally and align stakeholders around the product vision, ensuring a shared understanding and commitment to success
• You will continuously monitor the market, conduct competitive analyses, and stay updated on industry trends to inform product strategy
• You will create and maintain the company's product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the product vision and business objectives. You will also continuously update and communicate the roadmap to guide development efforts and maintain transparency across teams
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases
• You will prioritize product features and capabilities to maximize value and achieve business objectives
• You will create a shared knowledge base across larger teams, enabling independent decision-making that aligns with the product vision
• You will understand and represent user needs throughout the product development lifecycle
• You will deeply comprehend the company's business model and how it relates to product strategy
• You will be knowledgeable about the history of products and their evolution to make informed decisions
• You will work closely with the CEO and CTO and refine the product strategy and vision, ensuring it aligns with the company's overall business goals

Requirements:

• Your technology related education is equipping you with the technical understanding and tools to be successful in this role
• You are knowledgeable in the following tools and languages: Javascript, HTML/CSS, Node.js, Git, SQL or NoSQL Database, Typescript, MongoDB, Azure/AWS/Google Cloud, No-Code or Low-Code solutions
• You love taking charge of your work product and take great pride in delivering consistently great results
• You understand what it takes to bring tasks to completion, have the ability to anticipate and mitigate slowdowns and have a unique ability to balance efficiency and attention to detail
• You can manage your time like a pro, stay focused under pressure, and keep your workflow humming
