SENIOR UX PRODUCT DESIGNER

Cella is a global financial services leader seeking a Senior UX Product Designer to integrate Generative AI into enterprise-level workflows. The role involves designing user flows and prototypes, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and optimizing internal tools to enhance operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for contact center workflows to optimize operational efficiency and internal user engagement
• Partner as a consultative strategist with cross-functional product and engineering teams to seamlessly integrate emerging Generative AI capabilities into the internal CRM and communication ecosystem
• Formulate data-driven design proposals derived from user feedback and analytics to continuously iterate on service design solutions
• Translate complex business goals and technical constraints into elegant workflow architectures to maximize crew productivity and streamline digital tool interaction

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional UX/product design experience, specializing in internal tools, enterprise platforms, or service design
• Demonstrated proficiency in designing for complex enterprise ecosystems, with specific exposure to CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and contact center technologies (e.g., Genesys)
• A proven track record of optimizing complex user workflows, incorporating AI-enabled features, and delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience), combined with strong consultative skills and fluency in modern collaboration and design tools
• Ability to travel monthly to Malvern, PA preferred
