Business Analytics Senior Analyst

CVS Health is building a world of health around every individual, aiming to simplify health care for communities. The Senior Analyst, Business Analytics will support pricing and appeals reporting for Caremark clients, generating customized reports and collaborating with various teams to meet client specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Run SAS data pulls to gather data for pricing and appeals reporting
• Format reports in order to meet criteria set by clients
• Utilize Salesforce to track reporting requests and meet deadlines
• Coordinate with Legal, Account Teams, Underwriting, and Data Engineering as needed in order to generate customized reporting
• Update code to generate customized reporting that meets our clients’ reporting criteria
• Develop visual representations of reporting in order to share with leadership
• Participate in projects to bring automation and standardization into pricing and appeals reporting

Requirements:

• 3 plus years of financial acumen and/or data analytics experience
• 1 plus year of SQL/Google Cloud Big Query
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of health insurance, managed care, or pharmaceutical industry preferred
• 2 plus years of PBM experience, preferably in drug pricing and analytics
