Policy Analyst # 26-17079

US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm, and they are seeking a motivated Policy Analyst to join their Public Policy team. The role involves analyzing political, regulatory, and legislative developments to provide actionable insights that inform business strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and identify relevant political, regulatory, and legislative developments across multiple jurisdictions
• Produce high-quality, bespoke analysis on policy developments, assessing implications for the business
• Support the preparation of briefings, reports, and internal updates for senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy insights are aligned with commercial priorities
• Contribute to the enhancement of internal monitoring systems, workflows, and analytical tools
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global policy trends and emerging regulatory risks
• Support transparency reporting workstreams, helping ensure reporting is accurate and aligned with internal requirements and external frameworks, guidance, and templates
• Help leverage AI-enabled tools to identify, track, and synthesize legislative, regulatory, and policy developments across jurisdictions

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in public policy, regulatory analysis, government affairs, consulting, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal and policy information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise analysis
• Demonstrated interest in global political and regulatory developments
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to dig into source materials, reporting requirements, and policy text to produce accurate, well-supported analysis
• Experience with policy monitoring tools, databases, or research platforms is an advantage
