Sr. CRM Development Engineer (Government Modernization)

BPM Advisors, LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer for a State government Salesforce maintenance, operations, enhancement, and production-support engagement. The role requires at least six years of Salesforce development experience supporting public-sector organizations, along with the necessary Salesforce certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, test classes, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and scheduled processes
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components and Salesforce Flows
• Support Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and complex custom Salesforce applications
• Diagnose production incidents, defects, governor-limit issues, recursion, performance problems, and failed integrations
• Develop and support REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, external-system integrations, and asynchronous processing
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, correction, deduplication, and historical remediation
• Support CI/CD, source control, sandbox management, releases, deployment validation, and rollback
• Conduct code reviews and enforce secure, bulkified Salesforce development standards
• Prepare unit, integration, regression, and production-validation evidence
• Support UAT, defect resolution, release demonstrations, and post-production monitoring
• Maintain solution designs, interface documentation, runbooks, release notes, and technical documentation
• Participate in maintenance, enhancements, transition, knowledge transfer, and disaster-recovery support

Requirements:

• At least 72 non-overlapping months of hands-on Salesforce development/programming supporting named public-sector organizations
• Six full years of qualifying public-sector Salesforce development
• Mandatory Salesforce Developer certification (Salesforce Platform Developer I or II)
• Actual certificate PDF or image, Credential ID, and official Salesforce credential-verification or Trailblazer link
• Physically located in the United States and perform all contract services from within the United States
• The résumé must identify: Government agency or public institution, Start and end dates by month and year, Salesforce development role, Hands-on development responsibilities, Salesforce products and technologies used
• Working for a consulting or staffing company qualifies only when the résumé identifies the government end client and the Salesforce development work performed for that agency
• Your résumé must contain a section titled: QUALIFYING PUBLIC-SECTOR SALESFORCE EXPERIENCE
• Salesforce Government Cloud or GovCloud Plus
• State or federal human-services applications
• Child care, benefits, eligibility, provider management, payments, claims, grants, or case management
• Large Experience Cloud implementations
• MuleSoft or complex enterprise integrations
• Azure DevOps, GitHub, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX
• Production M&O and critical-incident support
• Large Salesforce environments with extensive Apex, integrations, and custom objects
