Senior Project Manager | Remote (Full-Time)

PeopleWise Consulting is a Salesforce premium consulting partner with a focus on AI-powered solutions. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to take full accountability for project delivery, manage client relationships, and coordinate teams for Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Full delivery accountability across a portfolio of Salesforce implementations, including our growing Agentforce/AI project mix
• Primary client relationship, kickoff through closeout
• Scope, timeline, budget, and risk, managed independently
• Coordination of blended onshore + offshore teams
• A documented PM playbook that becomes the Redpath delivery standard

Requirements:

• 5+ years senior PM experience in professional services, consulting, or enterprise technology implementation
• Prior experience in a Salesforce SI firm, enterprise software implementation, or technology consulting environment (Salesforce certification not required)
• Track record of independent, client-facing delivery on complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Experience managing distributed or offshore teams
• Strong negotiation and executive communication skills
• Salesforce platform familiarity (Education Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, Agentforce, or Data Cloud)
• AI/agentic tools experience
• Higher education or nonprofit sector experience
• PMP or equivalent
• Experience building PM methodology from scratch
