Customer Service Specialist (remote)

Torentify is seeking customer-focused and motivated individuals to join its remote team as Benefits Specialists. The Remote Customer Service – Benefits Specialist is responsible for assisting customers with benefit-related inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding benefit programs and available services
• Deliver professional, friendly, and timely customer support
• Build positive relationships with customers through excellent communication
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing questions and resolving concerns
• Explain benefit options clearly and accurately
• Assist customers in understanding available services and processes
• Guide customers through required forms and documentation when applicable
• Maintain confidentiality while handling customer information
• Listen carefully to customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
• Foster long-term customer relationships through exceptional service
• Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching sessions
• Learn company products, services, and customer support procedures
• Adapt to new technologies, tools, and business processes
• Contribute to a collaborative and customer-focused team culture
