Site Project Manager-Superintendent

Delaware Valley Paving is a leading paving contractor committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure projects. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Project Manager-Superintendent to oversee paving projects across the country, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise paving projects on-site throughout the country
• Travel weekly to project locations, with travel expected approximately 9 months out of the year
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance on-site
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and company leadership
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays impacting project timelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Project Manager or Superintendent, preferably in paving or heavy civil construction
• Willingness and ability to travel weekly, spending significant time on the road (approximately 9 months per year)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
