Product Engineer

VoiceValet is building digital employees for service businesses that talk to customers and solve problems. The Product Engineer will own large, ambiguous problems and ship and maintain production AI systems, working closely with the leadership team to translate customer needs into product developments.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and ship new capabilities for our agents based on customer feedback
• Improve conversation quality, latency, and reliability across the stack
• Expand the surface area of what our agents can do for customers and the operators behind them
• Help define what great looks like at VoiceValet: what we build, how we build it, and the bar we hold
