Project Manager, Transactions (Renewable Energy)

Euclid Power is on a mission to accelerate the world’s transition to renewable energy. The Project Manager will manage client engagements, oversee project diligence for M&A and financing transactions, and support the design and development of Euclid’s platform for renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and/or collaborate on a wide range of client engagements under the direction of the Program Manager
• Manage project diligence in support of M&A and financing transactions engagements
• Manage general project administration, including action item tracking, document management, and stakeholder reporting requirements
• Support the development of Euclid’s platform by being a power user and providing design and process feedback
• Support and take ownership over the design and architecture of new products and tools to serve renewable energy project developers and investors through Euclid’s platform
• Learn from a world-class team of renewables experts and gain broad exposure to all aspects of renewable energy development, diligence, execution, and finance
• Help establish a higher industry standard for project quality and speed, through development and application of Euclid’s platform and process standardization efforts
• Play an active role in building a rapidly-growing team and company

Requirements:

• 6+ years of project management experience in renewable energy, energy, financing, or adjacent industries
• General knowledge of the renewable energy project lifecycle - including key project value drivers, project development, financing, deployment, and asset management
• General knowledge of project management principles, customer success methods, and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics or other technical fields preferred, but not required
