Project Manager

NextGen is a Kelly Telecom Company seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects across multiple locations. This remote-based role requires regular travel to project sites and focuses on project planning, scheduling, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, administer, and organize projects under the direction of Management or a Program Manager
• Plan, budget, schedule, track, and document all aspects of assigned projects
• Define project scope and develop customized project plans to meet business objectives
• Collaborate closely with leadership teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issue proactively, and initiate appropriate escalations when necessary
• Identify and coordinate third-party vendor requirements and associated scope of work
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple business units and functions
• Provide regular project status updates to executive leadership
• Escalate issues that may impact project timelines, budgets, costs, or overall project success
• Maintain project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience
• 3–6+ years of Project Management or Project Coordination experience
• At least 1 year of industry-related experience
• Strong project scheduling, planning, and analytical skills
• Ability to analyze data and develop meaningful reports, presentations, and project updates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
• Experience creating project plans, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
• PMP certification or formal project management training
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
• Experience supporting large-scale operational, infrastructure, or deployment projects
