Senior Product Designer

New York Technology Partners is looking for a Senior Product/Interaction Designer to create intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences across web and mobile. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to design user interfaces, interactive prototypes, and scalable design systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality user interfaces, user flows, and interactive experiences for web and mobile
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides
• Translate brand strategy into engaging digital experiences while ensuring consistency and accessibility
• Partner with product, engineering, and creative teams to bring designs from concept to launch
• Present design solutions and rationale to internal teams and clients

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in UI, interaction, or product design
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital products, responsive design, and design systems
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, and Design Systems
• Experience designing for web and mobile platforms with a strong understanding of usability and accessibility best practices
• Experience creating interactive prototypes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working in fast-paced creative or branding agency environments
• Familiarity with motion design tools
