Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Apache Spark, Kafka, and AWS
• Architect high-performance microservices supporting complex capitation-based healthcare payment systems
• Build event-driven solutions and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Design and implement LLM-powered agents to drive innovation in healthcare workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Mentor engineering teams and promote best practices in software architecture, design patterns, and microservices

Requirements:

• 15+ Years of Experience Required
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Spark
• Experience with AWS, Kafka, and Python
• Experience designing microservices and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered agents
• Healthcare domain experience, preferably with capitation/payment processing
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable enterprise applications
