Customer Service Professional (Work From Home)

Boatman Agency is a nationwide insurance distributor seeking motivated professionals for their Customer Service Professional role. The position involves connecting with clients, conducting consultations, and managing client communications while providing structured training and support.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective clients who have requested information
• Conduct client consultations by phone and Zoom
• Ask questions to understand each client’s needs and goals
• Explain available coverage options clearly and professionally
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Manage client activity and communication within our CRM
• Participate in ongoing training and team-development meetings
• Maintain all licensing and compliance requirements
