Product Design Intern

Raijin is an agentic trading platform for investors, seeking a Product Design Intern to enhance their user interface and experience. The intern will own product UI/UX, working directly with founders to redesign screens, build design systems, and improve user onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Redesigning core in-app screens and user flows for clarity and polish
• Building the beginnings of a proper design system: components, type, color, spacing
• Turning complex data (strategies, backtests, portfolios) into interfaces people understand
• Improving onboarding so a new user 'gets it' in their first two minutes

Requirements:

• You are interested in learning UX Research to gather insights, test hypotheses, and validate design decisions
• You understand UI/UX fundamentals: hierarchy, spacing, typography, contrast, states
• You care about the details most people skip: alignment, empty states, error states, micro-interactions
• interest in fintech, AI, trading, machine-learning, or data-heavy products
• You have a portfolio (school projects, personal projects, or freelance) that shows an eye for clean, modern interfaces
