They are seeking a Salesforce Manual Test Engineer to ensure quality across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds by performing end-to-end functional testing and collaborating with teams to enhance product integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases for Salesforce environments, including custom objects and Lightning components
• Author and execute end-to-end test scenarios across various Salesforce modules ensuring data integrity and system interoperability
• Leverage SOQL for extensive data validation, ensuring compliance with organizational protocols and data models
• Conduct regression, integration, UAT, and smoke testing, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams for seamless execution
• Lead the creation and management of essential test artifacts, driving continuous improvement through quality metrics analysis

Requirements:

• In-depth experience with Salesforce platform testing across various clouds (Sales, Service, and Experience)
• Profound knowledge in SOQL for data validation and relationship mapping
• Familiarity with API testing tools (preferably Postman) and techniques
• Prior experience in Quality Assurance with a strong emphasis on manual testing within the Salesforce ecosystem
