Senior Product Manager - AI Gateway

Delinea is a pioneer in securing human and machine identities through intelligent, centralized authorization. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive new product development in AI initiatives, focusing on identity security and privileged access.

Responsibilities:

• Drive AI product execution: Translate emerging market trends in identity, security, and AI into well-scoped features and product improvements, in partnership with senior product leadership
• Bridge startup speed with enterprise-grade thinking: Ship innovative features fast, while ensuring products meet real-world customer requirements at scale
• Partner deeply across the org: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver on the roadmap
• Drive outcomes: Own individual product initiatives from concept to launch with measurable impact tied to adoption and user success
• Support discovery: Conduct research with CISOs, security architects, and compliance teams to validate real-world pain points and opportunities for AI-driven identity security
• Contribute to thought leadership: Support external storytelling — customer conversations, case studies, and occasional analyst or conference engagement — to help showcase our innovation story

Requirements:

• 5+ years in product management, preferably in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, network security
• Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance (IGA)
• Solid understanding of modern AI/ML concepts—including large language models, multi-agent systems, MCP (Model Context Protocol), A2A (Agent-to-Agent Protocol)
• Ability to discuss technical tradeoffs with engineering teams and ensure product requirements reflect best practices in agent-enabled systems
• Proven ability to work alongside data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals to define, prioritize, and deliver solutions that balance technical viability, scalability, and user experience
• Knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy best practices relevant to enterprise software and AI products
• Demonstrable record of managing and launching AI-driven or data-centric products, working through full product lifecycle
• Experience supporting or growing open-source AI platforms and/or direct customer-facing products
• Excellent written and verbal skills to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value for both internal and external audiences
