GAC Solutions is seeking a Knowledge Graph & Ontology Specialist AI Engineer. The role requires expertise in knowledge graph development and ontology modeling, focusing on life sciences and biomedical engineering.

• Knowledge graph development
• Ontology modeling
• Data modeling
• Vocabulary mapping
• Quality automation
• Knowledge graph pipeline development

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Life Sciences or Biomedical Engineering
• 6+ years of experience in knowledge graph development
• Expertise in ontology modeling
• Expertise in semantic web technologies (RDF, OWL, SPARQL, SHACL)
• Expertise in life sciences ontologies (GO, OBO, SNOMED CT, UMLS)
• Expertise in linked data principles
• Strong Python experience
• Strong LLM experience for data modeling, vocabulary mapping, quality automation, and knowledge graph pipeline development
