Product Designer (UI/UX) (US)

BJAK is a leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, focused on providing smarter financial solutions. They are seeking a Product Designer to create intuitive product experiences across their financial products, working closely with product managers and engineers to simplify complex workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production
• Transform product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished interfaces
• Design intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments and other financial products
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Improve usability through rapid iteration using product data and user feedback
• Maintain consistency across mobile and web experiences
• Continuously refine interactions, accessibility and overall product quality

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent visual design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping
• Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries and responsive design
• Strong understanding of information architecture and user flows
• Excellent visual design skills including typography, spacing, layout and interaction design
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences
• Portfolio is required
