They are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Business System Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring all platform solutions align with functional design specifications and business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Salesforce platform developed meets functional system design, business requirements, and software release criteria
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce.com platform
- Participate in system and user acceptance testing efforts to validate solution integrity
- Support the development team by clearly communicating requirements and detailed specifications
- Document and track software defects and enhancements, including thorough root cause analysis
- Apply superior problem-solving and organizational skills to manage competing priorities effectively
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills across written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal channels
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Salesforce admin level experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Proficiency in business and systems analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Competency in Microsoft Word for documentation and specification writing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
- Demonstrated experience in business or systems analysis roles
- Hands-on experience working with the Salesforce.com platform in a development or analysis capacity
- Experience participating in or leading user acceptance testing (UAT) and system testing efforts
- Experience documenting software defects, enhancements, and technical specifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent in a business or technology-related field
- Basic Salesforce Certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder)
