Sr. Data Engineer

Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to helping the US federal government enhance national security and improve public services. They are seeking a Sr. Data Engineer to architect and build scalable data platforms that will support data professionals in delivering impactful digital products. This role involves working in a collaborative environment to design and implement robust data pipelines and optimize data infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Architecting and building scalable data platforms in AWS and Databricks
• Designing and implementing robust data pipelines, optimizing data infrastructure, and enhancing data feeds to improve quality, availability, and scalability
• Collaborating in a small, interactive scrum team of highly skilled data professionals to deliver in agile environment

Requirements:

• 5+ years designing and implementing robust data pipelines, optimizing data infrastructure, and enhancing data feeds
• Experience with ETL and API data interfaces
• Experience with Open-source technologies and data streaming in Apache Kafka
• Prior design and implementation of Medallian Data Architecture
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative team
• Must be a US Citizen, eligible for Public Trust clearance
• Extensive engineering experience in Databricks Platforms
