Senior Business Analyst (Contract) | Fintech | Lithuania

Wise Integration is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term fintech project focused on innovative payment solutions. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and development teams to define requirements and support the delivery of complex payment initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business needs into clear User Stories and acceptance criteria
• Create and maintain high-quality project documentation, including functional specifications, process documentation, user manuals, and Confluence pages
• Ensure traceability between business requirements, User Stories, and delivered solutions
• Prepare business process flows, business rules, and solution design documentation
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, and knowledge transfer activities
• Identify risks, documentation gaps, and open items while proactively driving them to resolution

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the Payments and/or Fintech industry
• Experience delivering greenfield projects from concept to production
• Strong knowledge of Open Banking and/or payment solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience writing User Stories, functional specifications, and process documentation
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog and delivery management
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives forward
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 and XML-based messaging
• Experience working with REST APIs, SOAP, and webhooks
• Understanding of PSD2, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and AML regulations
