Project Manager

EchoIQ is seeking a Project Manager to ensure customer go-lives and product roadmaps are effectively managed and communicated. This role involves overseeing timelines for customer implementations and product initiatives while maintaining visibility for leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Manage timelines for post-sales customer go-lives, from kickoff to launch, coordinating with customer IT and our internal teams
• Track product initiatives from early ideation through research, software development, and regulatory clearance
• Maintain a single, up-to-date view of all active projects — status, milestones, risks — for management review
• Flag delays and blockers early, and keep the right people looped in before they become problems
• Build simple, repeatable processes so timelines stay consistent as we scale

Requirements:

• Highly organized, with a track record of tracking multiple concurrent projects without things slipping through the cracks
• Comfortable managing both external customer-facing timelines and internal cross-functional projects (research, engineering, regulatory)
• Clear communicator who can translate status into something leadership can act on quickly
• Required: experience in healthcare, biotech, medical devices, or another regulated industry
• Familiar with PM tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar)
