TeleMed2U is a leading technology-enabled healthcare services company dedicated to increasing access to care across 20 medical and behavioral health specialties. The Customer Service Scheduler role involves providing support to the operations team by scheduling appointments, maintaining electronic records, and ensuring effective communication with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and send out links for scheduling as assigned
- Attend meetings and take accurate minutes as directed
- Contribute to company reports as well as data entry for various programs
- Interfacing with outside organizations to obtain needed information for scheduling
- Maintain an organized filing system- electronic
- Uploading and organizing documents in electronic health records
- Organizing appointment follow ups via One Drive
- Interaction with clients to support company initiatives
- Communicating with customers via EHR, phone or email
- Sending appointment reminders
- Ensure labs results are posted prior to appointment
- Reschedule no-shows as needed
- Assists VP of Clinical Operations with projects as assigned
- Communication with various members of the law enforcement community in support of company initiatives
- Create and manage appropriate spreadsheets with precision in Google Drive or One Drive
- Responds to emails in a timely manner
- Answer incoming calls for company
- Assists customers as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant/Office manager/scheduler or in a similar position in clinical setting
- Familiarity with communication platforms such as Zoom and Google Meets
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft products ie email, docs, sheets
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
- Familiar with HIPAA standards
- Must have access to high speed internet
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- High school diploma/GED required, Associate's degree or administrative training is preferred
