Product Manager - Splunk (remote)

Cisco is a leading technology company revolutionizing data and infrastructure solutions. They are seeking a Product Manager for the Strategic Product Engagement Team to drive product-led growth and improve customer outcomes through strategic engagement with enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Own the strategic product-led customer engagements
• Be the command and control center to drive product-led outcomes
• Translate insight into product action
• Measure outcomes and business impact

Requirements:

• Bachelors + 5 years of related experience, or Masters + 3 years related experience, or PhD + 1 year related experience
• 5+ years of experience in technical product management or technical customer engagement with enterprise customers
• Experience engaging with senior leadership at enterprise customers on technical issues
• Experience being the trusted product lead to drive technical consensus on a cross functional engineering and go-to-market (sales, and customer success) team supporting complex customers
• Experience working with large data sets to identify technical blockers
• Knowledge of Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar platforms to drive system health and performance insights
• AWS/GCP Cloud Architect, CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator), or equivalent SRE/DevOps certifications
