About this role
Mogi I/O is a company focused on OTT, podcast, and short video applications. They are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build and optimize scalable data platforms that support business intelligence and analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platforms
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using modern data engineering tools
- Work with Snowflake, AWS, dbt, and Airflow to develop reliable data solutions
- Optimize SQL queries and improve data processing performance
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, data scientists, and product teams
- Maintain data quality, governance, and documentation standards
- Support Agile development practices and continuous platform improvements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering
- Strong expertise in Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Airflow, and dbt
- Experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, SNS, and SQS
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT, OLTP & OLAP concepts
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
