Customer Success Manager (Account Manager I)- 1035

Lightcast is a global leader in labor market insights, and they are seeking a Customer Success Manager to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client needs are met. The role involves driving account growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling while collaborating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers through regular engagement and communication
• Manage customer inquiries, identify challenges, and provide effective solutions
• Drive account renewals, rate adjustments, cross-sells, and upsells by uncovering customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Negotiate pricing, document opportunities, and close sales and renewal agreements
• Establish customer success goals, support onboarding, and monitor account health against defined targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful outcomes
• Maintain high activity levels, manage multiple priorities, and adapt positively in a fast-paced environment
• Continuously learn and develop skills to create mutually beneficial outcomes for customers and the company

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a related role
• Experience with sales prospecting, account management, and sales processes
• Strong communication and presentation development skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
