Entry Level Financial Solutions Analyst (Business Development)

Smart Capital Center is an AI-powered platform purpose-built for Commercial Real Estate investment and financial management in the U.S. market. They are hiring ambitious fresh graduates and junior professionals to work directly with institutional clients, conduct product demonstrations, and support financial workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, reconcile, and validate financial and property-level data
• Support underwriting, asset management, and portfolio reporting workflows
• Work directly with institutional clients to ensure successful platform adoption
• Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, user training, and client presentations
• Explain platform capabilities, AI-driven insights, and investment workflows in a clear and professional manner
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve client issues and improve the platform
• Help improve operational processes, documentation, and client success initiatives

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or professional with 0–2 years of experience
• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and client-facing skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
• Strong interest in AI, fintech, commercial real estate, and enterprise technology
